1. Eligibility

• Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

• Shoes must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Sale or discounted items are non-returnable unless defective.

3. Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

Once approved, send the product back to our address (you’ll receive details in email).

4. Refunds

• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after inspection.

• Refunds will be made via bank transfer or Easypaisa/JazzCash.
